Terms and conditions are based on a case by case scenario and will discussed with customer before any repairs are made.
Vehicle diagnostic fee is due before checking vehicle
- Minimum 1 hour diagnostic fee
- Maintenance schedule services may include waste disposal fees or environtmental fees.
- Diagnostic will include a vehicle health report which will be printed out for customer or emailed if requested.
- After approval of repairs by customer, repairs will be performed.
- Customer will receive a quote for repairs needed including any parts and labor
- Labor warranty 1 year / 12,000 miles whichever comes first.
- If vehicle requires topping of fluids a supply fee may apply
- If vehicle is outside a 15 mile radius a service fee may be apply
- Vehicles that need programming will need a fully charged battery and vehicle will need to in close proximity to an electrical outlet for proper charging.
- Please be aware that depending on vehicle, access to a specific repair, some items will be removed and based on age or mileage or condition of vehicle, this parts may need replacement such as gaskets, couplers, lines or hoses and will be quoted along with repairs or added after initial approval.
- Vehicles that have an "intermittent" issue or an issue that cannot be reproduced within the first hour of diagnostic time it will be charged as such.
- Due to scheduling times and meeting customer expectations, if problem cannot found within the time of diagnostics, it will have to be re scheduled or will need to be taken to repair facility for extended diagnostics and will inform customer about any towing fees only if needed.
- If a customer want to supply parts of their own, it voids all types of warranty only labor will be warranted 3 months/ 3000 miles whichever occurs first.
- Emergency repairs such as "repairs on highway or on a public road a special fee will be added.
